DAYVI is founded by an experienced gelatiere from Italy. He is passionate in making quality gelato in more than 10 years. When he first followed his wife to Hong Kong, he soon noticed that there was not much fine gelato can be found on the street. He believes that every Hong Konger deserves to taste this Italian dessert in a better way. Since this idea popped up, the couple then slowly set up their gelato lab and started their project little by little.
